Camping for Exhibitor's and Stall Holder's are permitted to Camp the night before allowing you to set up on the Saturday afternoon.There is also overnight Bed and Breakfast accommodation available ( Booking via Haselbury Mill Limited Accommodation )  
There are no entry forms to complete in advance Exhibitors just sign in on arrival. Militaria Stall Holders prior booking is essential.

There will be full bar and restaurant facilities and also burgers & Pizza etc, on sale on site on the day.  Alternatively carvery meals will be served in The Tithe Barn but advance booking is essential, directly with the Haselbury Mill.
It is a static show (no arena) with restricted vehicle movement due to safety reasons with the general public circulating.  We would also appreciate if exhibitors could arrive and park up by 10.00am.  if at all possible for reasons of safety.
