Led by Major John Howard, Men of the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry Storm their Way Across Pegasus Bridge, just after Midnight on the Morning of 6 June 1944.
In Capturing the Bridge, it Prevented German Armour from Crossing the Bridge to Counter Attack the Eastern Flank of the Landings at Sword Beach.
